| About Mehndi Mehndi / Henna is a dye procured from a tree Lawsonia leaves. It is dried and mixed with boiling water. The leaves of the tree are gathered green and are placed in the shade to dry gradually. Henna powder is made by pounding off henna leaves. Henna artist makes paste by adding water, and sometime eucalyptus oil, to make Henna paste. Henna is then filled in
‘Henna cone’ and applied on hands, and feet, to
create beautiful henna design.
